100% recommend - the cottage was perfect!! So beautiful, had everything we needed. Definitely much more than we expected & the hot tub was insane. Would stay again & we got very lucky with a heatwave!

James’ house is fantastic. It’s HUGE & has everything you will need for your stay. It’s spotlessly clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, the dining room is excellent for big dinners, the beds are comfy, the showers are hot & all in all everything has been thought about. James was very communicative & happy to help with any questions we had. A great stay, we hope to return.

James offers a fantastic home for you to share and enjoy with friends or family. We had a great weekend there with friends and the house was perfect in every sense, the space felt open and comfortable to allow people to come and go as they please in all of the rooms. The games room was a lot of fun and overall it just felt like a great little private escape from the hustle and bustle. We went karting in Bristol and getting in and out of the city was only 25-30 mins in a minibus so you also have the option there. We went for a roast dinner at the Carpenters Arms which was 10-15 min drive away from the house and a lovely pub with great food. James is an excellent host, communication is great and made our stay easy and relaxed.
